Jen joined The Blevons group in 2007 after graduating from UW-Oshkosh with a degree in Organizational Communication. Relationship building and helping career changers or recent college graduates find their true career passion is a huge piece of Jen’s role. Jen’s primary role in our agency is to help candidates discover if a career with the Northwestern Mutual is the best fit for them at this point in their lives. Jen and her husband Darren reside in Appleton, WI and they both enjoy motorcycling in their spare time.

As Director of Campus Recruitment, Alison specializes in selecting candidates for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network’s internship program. Alison is a UW Oshkosh grad with a degree in Organizational Administration. Our Intern program provides real life experience as a financial advisor in a true-to-life, hands-on environment. Our Interns develop their personal and professional skills while challenging themselves to succeed and become confident in their abilities throughout the duration of the program. Alison and her husband Aaron live in Appleton and go to as many Milwaukee Brewer games as possible.  Kelley Williams, Executive Director of Selection

Kelley is a graduate of Winona State University class of 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. She has a passion for being involved in the community and is excited to meet new people. Kelley and her fiance Bryce enjoy staying active outdoors, on the river, with friends and family. Kelley joined the Blevon's Group as a full-time recruiter in 2011. Her role is to source, recruit, and select successful financial representatives for the Blevon's Group by building high-level quality relationships in the community. In her role she generates referrals, develops centers of influence, and promotes Northwestern Mutual career opportunities.
